I think it's fair to say Texas has more variations in its barbecue styles than any other state. And more disagreements about them.

Smoke Daddy's Opinion: While it is true that the people play a large part in the enjoyment of any bbq road trip... Without great meat, a barbecue joint is all hat and no cattle.
