Smoke is mysterious, fire is uncertain, and pit men are expensive. So the mystery, uncertainty, and expense of taking the chance to make great barbecue is being replaced by the quantifiable methods of always making pretty good 'cue.

Main Fare

  • Coarse Chop - Fall apart tender with heavy smoke.  Oh, Mama... that's some good 'Q!
  • Sliced - Fall apart tender & very heavy smoke - Yummy!  Almost too tender for me.  Consistency is similar to pot roast.

Other Fare

  • Red Slaw - Horsey and cabbage
  • Pup - nice big onion bits inside & sweet flavor with crunch exterior.  Excellent.
  • Banana Pudding - decent, but pales in comparison to Deano's
  • Dip/Sauce - Lots of vinegar with a zing.  Gonna get me some of this.
