  • Sausage: Good texture and flavor, with a bit of a kick.
  • Overall: Disappointing.
  • Atmosphere: A good looking joint. Olive and brick exterior. Nice pile of oak, same pit as Outlaws. Good dead animals on walls.
  • Spare Rib: Greasy, fatty, and soft, but not falling off bone. Cooked too fast in oven.
  • Potato Salad: Undercooked.
  • Beef: Textured like a roast. Expanded in my mouth - I had to spit it out.
  • Beans: Ranch style. Overcooked.
