One of these days they'll get me.  They'll make me change my way of cooking, and when they do, that'll hurt my product. The style of barbecue we have here in Lexington is very unique. I think it will start to fade away.

  • Beans: Meaty, Strong flavor
  • Brisket: Great Bark, firm, tasty, hickory smoked
  • Coleslaw: Fruity, tangy slaw. Awesome!!!
  • Potato Salad: Smooth, mustardy, mashed potato consistency
  • Sauce: Too much vinegar, Dark red sauce
  • Spare Rib: Falls off the bone, fat melted into the meat, needs more rub.
  • Pulled Pork: Tender, flavorful, moist, mild, tasty
  • Sausage: Nice & Meaty, smoky casing
  • Overall: Brian's was better than any of the joints we visited the 1st day.
    Great way to start day two.
  • Atmosphere: Big cow on roof is pretty cool. Cowbells on walls (Come get it).
    American flag displayed. Buffalo head & fork. Neat Signs -
    Don't try to teach apig to sing. It wastes your time & annoys the pig!
