crosen's Review of Carters Bar-B-Que

  • Boudin: Pasty, gooey, spicy
  • Overall: This place was the best so far and one of the best ever. I like it all!
  • Sauce: smoky, spicy, tangy, and sweet
  • Sausage: good, smoky flavor, good casing, spicy aftertaste
  • Spare Rib: Great spicy flavor, great marbling
  • Chopped: Just tastes good.
  • Atmosphere: Very Fast Food Looking, except for the Huge Stack of Hickory Wood! Huge Smell of BBQ smoke. Pit in middle of restaurant (awesome sight). Possible DQ previously. Shotgun blast in ceiling of overhang. Ate outside on benches.
