crosen's Review of Williams Smoke House

  • Beef: Brisket had a firm, Meaty texture, great smoke ring, peppery & spicy
  • Sausage: Beef Sausage, reminded me of venison sausage, very spicy
  • Atmosphere: Dark Wooded Structure. Smoky Menu hanging on wall. Solid wooded furniture. No frills. Looks like a 'to-go' joint.
  • Spare Rib: Peppery Rub, Very tender, nice spices
  • Sauce: Smoky, tangy, and peppery
  • Potato Salad: Creamy & good.
  • Coleslaw: Too much mayonaise.
  • Beans: Pinto beans with a little brown sugar - Mmm!
