Joint: 
  • Pork Loin: That’s good eating. Nice 1/8” smoke ring and very juicy.
  • Atmosphere: This place has been around, probably a historic building. They’ve gotta gun over the bar area with the longest barrel I’ve ever seen. Must be just for looks, cause I don’t think you can use it. Another Budweiser Clydesdale sign, but this one isn’t working. I like the interior of this place. Near the railroad tracks, but there is soot falling from the sky, so gotta run.
  • Brisket: Very nice smoke ring, but kinda dry.
  • Spare Rib: Very sweet and tasty. Definitely falls off the bone.
  • Sausage: Excellent. Full of flavor and tender too, very explosive.
  • Sauce: Tasty, but cold.
