  • Sausage: Beefy & good! Nice spices; course ground. Good grease content -- supplied out of Austin?
  • Brisket: Thick cut; firm, stand-up brisket. Tender & good meaty/beefy flavor.
  • Spare Rib: Good flavor, pulls away from the bone in long chunks. Got another rib, and this is a whole different experience... mmmmm.


  • Sauce: Nice sweet and mild sauce
  • Sides: Good beans.


  • Man, they've got the stuff... good layout, knowledgable people dedicated to quality 'Q. Although the place is still pretty new. Give this joint a few years, and it will be pumping out some great bbq!
  • Plus: Great Tour!!! Old radio plugged in and on top of the pit... kind of a good luck charm? We convinced the pit boss to see whether it would still work... it didn't. But he put it back up on the pit, just the same.
