You can put all of the sauce on it you want, but you still have to master the art of cooking barbecue.

Peace, Love, and Barbecue

tguerrero's Review of Kozy Kitchen

Joint:
  • Sauce: In bottles on table, where various ingredients
have stratified. Is hot. Really hot. I mean HOT! I
    like it.
  • Beans: Ranch-Style - Good mix of flavor. Sweet and spicy
  • Potato Salad: Too heavy on the pickles!
  • Spare Rib: Too much seasoning on outside--salty! Slightly fatty, moist and flavorful.
  • Pork: Pork Brisket - Lean, VERY tender, light smoke
  • Hot Link: Homemade - Chewy casing, firmer and somewhat leaner than Drexler's.
  • Atmosphere: Established 1946. Empty, dirty aquarium
inside. DOUBLE bonus points for actually placing
decorative frame around thermostat! Big pile of oak &
hickory in back. Big grill--looks like a class
    operation!
  • Brisket: Firm, fairly dry, lean, good amount of smoke
  • Veal: Veal Brisket: Subtle flavor, very light smoke.
