One of these days they'll get me.  They'll make me change my way of cooking, and when they do, that'll hurt my product. The style of barbecue we have here in Lexington is very unique. I think it will start to fade away.

Smoke Daddy's Review of Harrys on the Loop

MAIN FARE:Harry, Rosemary, and Crew

  • Rib - a little 'oversmoked', but otherwise good flavors.  Luscious texture!
  • Brisket - Big chunks. Smoky and flavorful.  Nice texture and moist, but just a bit chewy.
  • Sausage - Pork made special in Fredricksburg. Good.

OTHER FARE

  • Cold longnecks

ATMOSPHERE:Harry and FU

  • T-Bone: "I don't even know why I'm eating [again]".
  • This place has atmosphere in spades... not necessarily bbq joint atmosphere.  Different, but good.
  • It is 107 degrees outside and the crew are out playing washers
  • We get settled in, then Harry and Rosemary show us around the place
  • The boys don't want to leave, so I guess this is the last stop on our 2000 tour (joint #14)
